Ezekiel Kalipeni is a population/medical/environmental geographer interested in demographic, health, environmental, and resource issues in sub-Saharan Africa. He has carried out extensive research on the population dynamics of Malawi and Africa in general concentrating on fertility, mortality, migration and health care issues. He is currently working on HIV/AIDS in Africa and population and environmental issues in Malawi.
